The background is an animation of waves diffusion over a network.
Bio
I am a final year DPhil student at Ludwig Cancer Research and the Centre for Topological Data Analysis at the University of Oxford. My interests are in applied topology, applied category theory, and topological signal processing with application to biological data, such as single cell RNA-seq and ATAC-seq.
Supervisors:
- Xin Lu, Ludwig Cancer Research
- Heather Harrington, Mathematical Institute
- Vidit Nanda, Mathematical Institute
Groups:
Previously I was an MMath in mathematics at the University of Oxford.
Thomas Chaplin and I created The Computational and Applied Topology List, a searchable and tagged repository of TDA software.
