applied topology · topological signal processing · computational biology

I’m an ELBE postdoctoral researcher at the Center for Systems Biology Dresden, working at the interface of applied topology and biological data.

In 2024 I completed my DPhil at the University of Oxford, supervised by Heather Harrington, Vidit Nanda, and Xin Lu, as part of Ludwig Cancer Research and the Centre for Topological Data Analysis. Before that I completed my MMath in mathematics, also at Oxford.

With Thomas Chaplin I built The Computational and Applied Topology List, a searchable, tagged repository of TDA software.
